It is also located in a secure gated commuinity with elevator access. It will certainly be a most enjoyable vacation retreat!!

The conda was great, but perhaps some basic maintenance should be check. Like for instance the filter for the heating and cooling unit. This didn't cause a real problem for us, but the CA did freeze up the 3rd day. The condos location and the view was amazing. <br/>Special thanks to everyone at Sandy's for your help. You found exactly what we were looking for a "Great Vacation!"

sandys by the shore was great! That got us out of a bad house that was for rent by owner and they did it fast and at a very busy time!! The condo was awesome and super great deal!! Will be back and deal with sandys by the shore!! super nice people !

was apologetic and found an available condo. The housekeeping condition of the condo was very poor and a maid was never sent over to do an initial cleaning. The Patio window was totally obscurred with dirt. For future reference please let families with younger children know about the bar next door that stays open very late and is VERY loud. Thank you

Our stay was very nice. There was a problem with the freezer, but a service man came out to fix it about 1/2 a day after we called. I think the cooking pots/pans need to be upgraded. There was a wok full of scratches and rust that I would never cook it. It was difficult to cook a meal.

Fannie's had a band in the evenings which we enjoyed for free on the deck but could not hear at all inside. Quite a benefit. Really enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

The floors were filthy! My daughter was crawling around for 5 minutes and the tops of her feet and her chins were black. The rug in the living room was almost black (supposed to be white?) it had obviously never been vacuumed. The room was supposed to be able to accomidate 9 people but did not have enough towels to do even accomidate the 6 of us that were staying there. There was also supposed to be a roll of tolet paper in each bathroom and there was maybe a quarter of a roll. <br/>Other than that it was a nice place to stay and the view was great. Plus easy access to the beach.

We have stayed at Tybee many times and at various locations managed by Sandy. She is always so helpful and willing to do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. This time we decided to spend Christmas at the beach and it was the best one ever. Had Christmas brunch in Savannah at the Mulberry Inn. Just a wonderful time for the whole family. Being a native of Savannah, it was great to be home for the Holiday.

I was not at all satisfied with the location. This was my first time to Tybe island. When I rent a condo on the beach, I expect a parking lot between the condo and the beach. I have no desire to return to Tybee Island.
