  My family enjoyed our vacation in Tybee Island. Edies place was perfert for our family. The downstairs sweet was great for the grand parents. I thought it had twin beds in one of the rooms but it did not. There were single beds in all three rooms and a pull out coach in living room.

  Nice house close to the beach. Quiet neibhorhood very low traffic on the streets. Beaches were not crowded.

  As always Sandy and her staff were wonderful to work with. We have rented several houses from Sandy over the years and there has never been a lapse in the quality of their service. The property was perfectly clean and we had a great time. Already planning our next weekend, and Sandy will be the only group we call.

  We had a gret time at Edie's Place..close to beach. Yard should be raked to cut down on cockroaches and especially mosquito's. Those blood suckers just swarmed and attached you when outside of either door. A cart to carry your stuff to the beach would be great. Overall the house was nice and appliances were either brand new (washer, dryer, and refrigerator)or very clean. Had a great time at Tybee Island...you will see us again next year!

  Overall it was a good stay. The property was clean and easy to find. A couple of things to check out though...The can lights down stairs must have a short. They did not work when we arrived. They just came on Sunday morning while we were getting readfy to leave. The walking around upstairs must have jarred something. Might want to get an electrician to check it out. Also the water heater was turned off. We had to turn it on and wait for hot water so we could shower.

  For the most part I really liked the house. I only had 2 complaints, the first being that there wasn't enough linens for the fold out couch in the upstairs living room and only one blanket. And the second was the check out time. Most places give you until 11 or 12 and we had to be out and have the key turned in by 10 a.m.<br/>One other thing that I didn't understand. We were charged for 2 hours of housekeeping, the place was clean enough when we got there but we were required to take out the trash and strip the beds. I ended up washing all of the towels so everyone could shower after the beach and in the morning and I loaded the dishwasher, which I didn't mind, but for $150 I think they could have stripped the beds for us and emptied the trash cans. We only stayed two nights so the housekeeping was almost as much as one of the nights.
