  I would not recommend this condo with its current lack of kitchen supplies, worn furniture in living area and limited and outdated televisions.

  It was short on amenities and some of the cabinets were a little dirty. the location was awesome but the balcony was broken and very dangerous, also our balcony was not as private as the others.

• Fantastic location! Everything was great except the showerheads....like taking a shower in the rain. With the exception of that, it was a fabulous stay! Would come back for sure.

  WE thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tybee and the wonderful accomodations. We had 4-6 people there during our stay and it was a very good size, the deck view of the ocean was unbelievable. We would recommend this place and the staff at Sandy's highly (and we already have to some friends who are visiting Tybee in Oct.) One suggestion, it would be helpful to have the paper products (toilet tissue, paper towels,garbage bags, etc) and basic cleaning supplies (dish soap, countertop cleaner, laundry soap, etc) available for the entire stay and not just for "starters". We also have vacation property that we rent out and do provide these amenities. We hope to come again for another visit within the year. Thanks from the Clarkes

  The management company was great - quick to respond to problems, very helpful with questions. But, the property was in need of repair. LOTS of rust everywhere - a little is expected on the ocean, but the owner should also be expected to keep this under control. It's amazing that the ceiling fan on the porch hasn't fallen down because of the rust. <br/><br/>The pull-out sofa was HORRIBLE. We had to prop the head of the mattress up with sofa cushions because the springs were completely shot. My niece sat on the foot of the bed and fell straight through to the floor. <br/><br/>The fabric on the ottoman was ripped all the way across the middle - an absolute eyesore. <br/><br/>This condo is in a great location, it's managed by terrific people, but the condition of the unit was unacceptable.

  We wanted a TV in the bedrooms. We needed them for the kids.

• The condo's conditions could have been much better. The major issue could probably be contributed to what appeared to be owner neglect. The living room furniture was old, dirty, and very uncomfortable.

  The location of the condo was great, being ocean front, and in the middle of all the action, but there were no chairs on the porch, only a porch swing. With a family of four, there was no place for everyone to sit and enjoy the atmosphere together. A warning to SUV owners: if you have a full size, your vehicle will not fit in the garage...the ceiling is too low. The overall cleanliness was pretty good, but the shower in the master bath did not seem to be very clean. The clothes dryer did not work, the unit needs a new coffe pot with an automatic shut-off, for saftey reasons. The unit could also use a second TV and an inexpensive DVD player. IN short, the unit needs some attention, but with some simple improvements and inexpensive updating, it cold be a first-class unit. In it's current condition, I would not reccomend it. We still love Tybee and will be back soon.

  Nice clean condo...great view...walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping, no need to drive during stay...plenty of room for 6 people...large porch with swing and ocean breeze, very nice...PARKING REALLY BAD, do not bring anything but a small car...Friend's NEW Tundra pickup scratched by low garage door in drive under parking, no allowance for alternative parking provided...very clean except stained pillows needed to be replaced...rusted porch furniture needed to be thrown away...$205 in taxes & fees for two nights a bit much...overall a very nice relaxing place to stay.

  Property is in a good location if you want to be in a more crowded area. This property is not exactly high end nor are the appointments but the area is an enjoyable spot. It was a good escape with two teenagers for a few days.

  Over all our stay was all we could ask for and more. The condo was lovely and the view was outstanding. The place was situated close to any and everything one would want for an exciting stay on Tybee Island. Understanding that this was a recently acquired property by SBTS, there were a few kinks that needed to be worked out, but most were nothing worse than something like a broom and dust pan being provided for the guests use during their stay! Nothing interfered with a perfectly lovely stay and we will definetly use SBTS again and tell all of our friends and family about their company.
