Watch the ships come in and the beautiful sunsets from the balcony of this nicely equipped vacation retreat. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo which sleeps 6 and offers all the amenities needed for a fun filled vacation for your family. This unit includes a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa bed. The full size kitchen is a nice alternative to eating out. It also has a full size washer and dryer. The master bath is a full bath with a jacuzzi tub and the guest bath is a full bath. The den has a bay window with a fantastic view of the bay area. This unit boasts great views of Hilton Head Island, Daufuski Island the Atlantic Ocean and shipping channel. There is a community pool, tennis courts, elevator access, guest parking, outside designated grilling, laundry room and gated secure grounds.

3 hours to fix it (in the 90s). The sheets felt sandy, so we washed them the next morning. The sofa bed mattress is dire need of replacing (terrible). Overall, we loved the place and we would certainly recommend it and would even rent again if we visit Tybee Island in the future.

Years of renting vacation property through Sandy's by the Shore should qualify me as an expert opinion concerning the quality of service of Sandy and her crew. From allowing me to have a forgotten computer cord mailed to her office to moving me to a room with a better beach view than two palm trees and a pick up truck, Sandy has never failed to provide excellent care of my family through the years as her guests. Even when I mixed up my departure date a couple of years ago, she accommodated me with a place to stay. The office of Sandy's by the Shore is always popping with business. Sandy's phone rings constantly and there is always another guest to makes me wonder where Sandy goes to get away from the madness. I whole-heartedly recommend Sandy's by the Shore as a place to manage your next vacation stay or rental property. If the guy who owns 205C will sell me his condo, I wouldn't ask anyone but Sandy to manage it for me. Thanks, Sandy! See you next year!

a few more drinking glasses would be nice, higher watts in the reading lamps, remove bird droppings from porch,, kitchen ceiling light lens should be secured, property manager was MORE than helpful in accommodating our needs

We had a wonderful visit to Tybee island! The condo was clean and conveinantly located! We really enjoyed watching the shiops come and go along the Savannah river. If only the helpful staff at Sandy's by the shore could learn to control the weather it would have been perfect!

You basically have island to yourself during week of Thanksgiving. You can experience the sounds of the waves and look at river and ocean from balcony. Walk on the beach that is just a few steps away. Collect seashells. Watch shrimp boats and cargo ships. Drive to south end of beach and enjoy local shops and resuarants. Visit Bull River Marina for a dolphin tour. Travel into historic Savannah. This is a must do experience.

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. My only 2 suggestions: we would have enjoyed having a dvd player to use and also we couldn't get the stopper in the master bathroom tub to work for a hot bath on a cold November day.

We love coming to Tybee Island, and would never want to stay anywhere else but SBRC. The owner takes pride in his condo's and you can tell it from the first step inside. Its better than "home away from home". Very relaxing and comfortable. We look forward to many more visits.

Leslie, rental agent at Sandy's, has helped me finda Tybee rental for four years and also for friends. She is excellent to work with. I love the Racquet Club. A couple things might make for more comfort: two more towel racks in 205B unit; another blanket, sheets that fit a deep king size bed, new coffee pot, a rug or floor covering in living room, sliding doors need to be worked on to ease use, balconey furniture close to replacement, stove burners bent so hard to get even heat

We had a great time, Savannah is wonderful, food is excellent. Leslie did a terrific job and we had no problems with our reservations. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was we had taken DVD's and there was only a VCR player.

I have been vacationing at Tybee for several years and have always stayed at the SB&RC. This is the first year I have dealt with Sandy's By the Shore and I was very pleased. They made it very quick and easy. The previous realty company was not as efficient. It was a very nice trip.

End unit views of the bay from both directions watching dolphins, shrimp boats, ships carrying cargo up and down the river. Coffee and cocktails on the large balcony overlooking the bay and pool. Spotless, spacious 2 bdrm 2 bath condo. Great kitchen. Close to Savannah. Hunter House on Tybee for delicious dining. Would definitely go there again.

Very nice property. East access to beach. Easy access into gated area with great garage parking for multiple cars. Clean with nice furniture. Good balcony with view of beach. Enjoyed our trip!

We loved our condo, it was so roomey and nice, great view. There was 2 little things that bothered me: 1. I had to hand wash all the dishes before I could use them, they were dirty, and 2. the people above us, oh my gosh, they were so loud I was ready to leave and come home, my daughter was woken up several times, and I was awaken at 2 in the morning. other than these two things everything was great.
