  We absoluteley would recommend this property to anyone!! This was our first vacation in a long time and the people at Sandy's were very helpful and quick to respond to whatever was asked. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The only problem we had was only having one shower. With 2 Adults and 4 Teenagers this was a bit uncomfortable, but we managed just fine. You could walk anywhere and the beach was very close. Great place to vacation.. Some of the merchants in town were rude and obviously had no patience for tourists, but overall it was a great time. Definite "do-over". Thanks Sandy's By The Shore.

• The unit was beautiful. Very well done as far as renovation and beach feel. My only issue was cleanliness which is huge for me. Shower had NOT been cleaned, we found hair on top of the oven and floors had definitely NOT been mopped.

  The sleeper sofas were pretty dirty. I put sheets on them to sit on. My son slept on the sofa, not the pullout since it was dirty when opened. Also, the kitchen was not well equipped with pots and pans to cook with. very old and some should have been thrown out. It's an awesome unit, just needs some extra cleaning.

  Great location, beautiful home! Back patio was great in the morning and evenings!Beds were comfortable, towels nice, plenty of seating! Well equipped home that is convenient to beach, shops, and restaurants! Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next time more company comes to town!

  My wife and I and our 2 kids stayed here with another family. It was very spacious and comfortable and the beach is only a short walk away. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it to others.

  Would have liked a throw rug/bath mat in the main bathroom. Also a counter. Pedestal sink was fine but needed some counter space. Overall a great location on the Island. We were able to walk to all - shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Sandys by the shore is by far the easiest friendliest company we have ever worked with . The check in was was quick and hassle free. Bikini Bottom was just perfect for our family!   We only had one major complaint and it was that someone needed to cut the grass. The minor complaint was letting guests know what kind of basic items (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)that would not be provided for those who had never stayed in a house like this before.

  The Bikini Bottom beach house was afordable and cute! It was the perfect size for our party of 8 girls! And only 1 block from the beach, even more perfect! They even had a whole cabinet full of games, great for a rainy afternoon!

  My first visit to Tybee was Nov. '07; I liked the area so much that I contacted Sandy's and after reviewing a number of properties, rented Bikini Bottom for the month of March '08. As a single person it is quite large however I had numerous sets of visitors and the spacing was perfect. The distance from the beach is also perfect - outside of the crowd of young people yet easily within a 5 min. walk to the beach. The exclusive use of the fenced yard certainly enhanced my stay. The condo is also perfectly located - easy walking distance to restaurants, groceries and other necessities. My only negative comment is that the bed in the second bdrm needs to be replaced....hard as a rock, the floor would be as comfortable!

  Bikini Bottom made our stay on Tybee Island perfect. It is an odorable place--very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lot of wide open space, two nice bedrooms, and an enclosed patio/backyard area. The location was also a plus. We were only a couple of blocks from the beach, and a block away from StingRays (a fun restaurant). It's also walking distance to the little shops, the pier, grocery store, etc. There is also a bike rental located only a block away. Overall, I would highly recommend Bikini Bottom. When we go back to Tybee, we will be staying there. Also..the management at Sandy's By the Shore were so nice. We arrived on July 4, which is a very busy time on Tybee Island. The manager told us that there is so much traffic on the island that day, but if we needed something, just to call, and they would ride a bike to help us out. Very friendly. We loved it. Another neat thing about this rental property was that you felt at home. The owners had board games there, books, etc. A perfect family vacation place.

  We were also unable to get in touch with the staff at checkin and when we were leaving. We even left a message after dropping off the key and it was never returned. Even with that, it was a great place to stay and was very neat and nicely furnished.
