  We loved the property and really enjoyed our stay. the location was great and a perfect place to have our teenage children. Just a few things could have been better. Recycling should have been made available to us, and the master bedroom door to the balcony was broken and unusable, which was irritating. Sandy's also gave us the wrong gate code, but it was easy to get from the other renters. Overall, our family was very pleased and will definately return. Thanks!

  We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for the family. And the room facilities were really nice. We didn't use the pool facilities because it didn't look very clean, but besides that it was a wonderful location with great access to the beach with a short walk.

  I only have a couple of minor complaints. I wanted this particular condo complex because in the picture it looked like there was a grill on the patio near the pool. I asked about it twice and was told there was a grill. When I got there there was no grill. Also, our elevator went out and when I called the complex mgr (an out of town number) and left a message I did not get a phone call. I happened to catch a maintenence worker and he reset the elevator. We were without the elevator for about 24hrs. It wouldn't be an issue, but we had a couple of elderly family members visiting one day and they had issues getting up the stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    Hi there Bridget...thank you so much for your great review of our rental property #306 Brass Rails...I am sorry but it is considered a fire hazzard to have a grill on the decks of the rental properties that is why they are supplied around the pool and cabana area...we currently have new numbers and contacts over the Brass Rail Villa's...we do hope that you will return and visit us in the future...

  Only suggestions...Would have liked TV in all bedrooms for kids. Also, would have been nice if hi speed internet was included. Otherwise great place.

  Maintenance issues: Master bd: door handle to balcony broken-fire hazard, no exit; master bath-door to toilet squeaky-a little oil would help. Parking-garage level call button for elevator did not work; could get down to g OK, but had to walk up to level 1 to get back up.<br/>Great room: hole for wall outlet open-wires exposed, no outlet cover.

  small vacuum that was available didn't work, and there was only a broom and no dust pan. Matress pad was very plastic, made a lot of noise and was uncomfortable. Comforter on master bed was VERY heavy and hot!

  One electrical outlet in the second bathroom was very unstable and should be stablized. As usual when there is a pool guests abuse the priviledge. There were people out there at 11-12 Midnight. Friday, June 5th someone was partying all night, loud voices,and gates banging.

  What a wonderful place. There were six of us staying and the place was perfect for us. The condo itself was decorated wonderfully. The whole complex was very nice, inlcuding the pool and hot tub. It's in an excellent location, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Highly highly recommend this place.
